Depositing Funds Online: 

Customers transfer money to SFVN with the following bank information:

Remark: Account code + Space + Account name

Deposit hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays Monday to Friday, except on Vietnamese holidays and Tet.  

SFVN encourages Customers to deposit money to SFVN's account at MSB using the correct syntax to request semi-automatic and faster processing.

Please note that your funds will be transferred to MXV’s Customer margin account. SFVN does not hold any customer monies.  

Withdrawal of Funds:

Operational hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays Monday to Friday, except on Vietnamese holidays and Tet.  

Customers' withdrawal orders outside of the above time frame will be processed the next working day.

Methods of Withdrawal:

+ Submit a request directly through your account management portal (for registered account holders).

+ Or send an email to support@sfvn-invest.com using the template provided below.

Note:

– The person making the withdrawal order must be the account owner and present valid documents such as a valid ID card or passport when making the withdrawal.

– Before making a withdrawal order. Please check the following information: Withdrawal balance to proceed with making appropriate orders and check to cancel pending orders such as stop loss orders, take profit orders, pending buy orders, pending sell orders for processing. After the withdrawal order is made, you can place it again as usual.
