1. Job Description:
Review, check, compare and verify customer information.
Monitor and supervise customer transactions and activities in the market and trading.
Receive and process customer requests.
Manage and resolve problems during the operation of the trading system.
Promptly issue warnings and reports on incidents that pose risks to the trading system, and propose solutions.
Receive feedback and cooperate with specialized units and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve trading system issues.
2. Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English communication.
- Proficient in using office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Candidates with no experience will be trained. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the financial sector
