Job Description:

  • Review, compare and verify client information.

  • Conduct tele sales calls to introduce and consult customers on the company’s products/services.

  • Answering support calls, emails, support tickets.

  • Receive and handle client requests.

  • Maintain and nurture positive relationships with current and potential customers.

  • Record and track customer feedback, providing insights to improve service quality.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests and concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.

  • Strong communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable phone voice.

  • Ability to persuade and handle customer concerns effectively.

  • Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English communication is required.

  • Proficient in using office informatics software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Having a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.

  • Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible in completing tasks.

  • Displays creative thinking and logical reasoning in the workplace.
