Domestic Coffee Prices
Today, domestic coffee prices range from 119,000 to 120,100 VND/kg, with an average of 120,000 VND/kg, a significant decrease of 1,300 VND compared to the previous day. The highest purchase price is in Dak Nong province at 120,100 VND/kg, while the lowest is in Lam Dong province at 119,000 VND/kg.
Global Coffee Situation
The strong rise in the USD has driven Arabica coffee prices down sharply. Although Robusta was rising well, it has been pulled back down by the drop in Arabica prices. Additionally, certified Arabica coffee stocks on the New York market are reported to have increased by 3,849 bags as of June 25.
The price of the September 2024 Arabica Coffee Contract continues to decline sharply. Specifically, the settlement price on June 26 was 224.35 cents per pound, a decrease of 2.16% compared to the previous session.
