Domestic Coffee Prices:
As of today, domestic coffee prices range from 115,500 to 116,100 VND/kg, with an average of 115,900 VND/kg, down by 100 VND compared to yesterday. The highest purchasing price is recorded in Đắk Lắk and Đắk Nông provinces at 116,100 VND/kg, while the lowest is in Lâm Đồng province at 115,500 VND/kg.
Global Coffee Market:
Dry weather in Brazil, coupled with a forecasted production decline in Vietnam and a weakening US dollar, has raised concerns about global coffee supply, putting upward pressure on coffee prices.
December 2024 Arabica Coffee Contract Prices:
The December 2024 Arabica Coffee contract prices have reversed. Specifically, the settlement price on October 4 was 257.35 cents/pound, up 2.10% from the previous session.
