Operational hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays Monday to Friday, except on Vietnamese holidays and Tet.
Please note that your funds will be transferred to MXV's Customer margin account. SFVN does not hold any customer monies.
Withdrawal of Funds
Operational hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays Monday to Friday, except on Vietnamese banking holidays and Tet.
Customers' withdrawal orders outside of the above time frame will be processed the next working day.
Withdraw money online through the account management page (if you have registered an account) and fill in the following information:

The person making the withdrawal order must be the account owner and present valid documents such as a valid ID card or passport when making the withdrawal.

Before making a withdrawal order. Please check the following information: Withdrawal balance to proceed with making appropriate orders and check to cancel pending orders such as stop loss orders, take profit orders, pending buy orders, pending sell orders for processing. After the withdrawal order is made, you can place it again as usual.
