INTRODUCING M-SYSTEM SOFTWARE

M-System is a software system for managing trading accounts of the Mercantile Exchange of Vietnam, with basic and advanced functions.

The main functions of M-System include:

User function, allowing users to manage their login accounts, change passwords and software interfaces, personalize...

Order management function group, the "Order Management" screen will display details of orders in the trading session of the trading account, place orders, cancel orders...

Account management function group, indicating the open status, liquidation status...

Reporting function group, including: Transaction report, History report of deposits and withdrawals, Customer statement report.

PART 1: USERS
  • Access the link: https://mstrading.mxv.com.vn/

    1. The user enters the provided Username/Password (the system will require the user to change the required "Password" when logging in for the first time)

    2. Next, the user needs to enter the PIN code to complete logging into the system (Default PIN code is 123456)

  • In there:

    (1) – Function menu

    (2) – Connection icon

    (3) – System notifications

    (4) – Refresh display data

    (5) – Display language

    (6) – Account information

  • a. Change Password

    User goes to Account/Password Information

    The user enters the old password and enters the new password => Click "Confirm" to complete the password change. The new password will be sent to the email address in the account information section.

    b.Customize the interface

    User goes to Function Menu, selects:
    Interface: Users can customize light interface or dark interface.

    Size: Users can customize 3 system interface screen display sizes: Large, Medium, Small.

PART 2: ORDER MANAGEMENT
  • User goes to Function Menu => Select Order Management/Order Management.

    The “Order Management” screen will display details of orders in the trading session of the Trading Account. Order types are divided into 4 main tabs, including: Matched orders, Pending orders, Canceled orders, Other orders.

PART 3: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • User goes to Function Menu => Select Account Management/Open Status.

    The “Order Management” screen will display details of orders in the trading session of the Trading Account. Order types are divided into 4 main tabs, including: Matched orders, Pending orders, Canceled orders, Other orders.

  • User goes to Function Menu => Select Account Management/Settlement Status.

    The “Settlement Status” screen displays to users information about settlement transactions during the TKGD session.

    Users click ">" to view details of settlement transactions.

  • User goes to Function Menu => Select Account Management/Account Details.

    The “Account Details” screen shows users information about the customer's money and account status:

    – Account balance at the beginning of the day

    – Withdraw during the session

    – Transaction fees

    – Buy Price, Sell Price

    – Initial margin, available margin

    – Actual profit and loss, expected profit/loss

    – Deposit net value

    – Additional margin level

    – Margin rate

  • User goes to Function Menu => Select Report/Transaction Report.

    Users select the time period they want to look up, select Report file format => Click "Download report" to complete the report export.

  • User selects Function Menu => Select Report/Report on deposit and withdrawal history.

    The user selects the lookup period, selects the report file format => Click "Download report" to complete the report export.

  • User selects Function Menu => Select Report/Customer statement report.

    The user selects the lookup session date, selects the report file format => Click "Download report" to complete the report export.

PART 4: REPORT

On M-System, users can export 3 types of reports:

– Transaction reports

– Report on deposit and withdrawal history

– Customer statement report

The system allows users to look up reports within a period of 30 days (counting from the current date forward).
