1. Job Description:

 

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Design and implement effective strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to promote sustainable revenue growth.

  • Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing business development team, offering guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and potential markets. Develop plans to penetrate and expand in these areas.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights into market trends and opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing department to develop effective market entry strategies and promotional campaigns.

 

2. Job Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing business or sales teams in Finance, Investment, Securities, Real Estate, or similar sectors.

  • Confident, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

  • Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.

  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations to Management and Marketing for market development in Vietnam.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • 2 months.
