1. Job Description
Monitor daily attendance, track working days and leave days, and prepare monthly attendance reports.
Order and manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and daily-use items for the office.
Manage office assets and equipment, and monitor their condition and usage.
Support general office administration tasks such as welcoming guests, arranging meeting rooms, and filing documents and official letters.
Post job listings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, assist in organizing interviews, and follow up on onboarding and probation processes.
Draft administrative documents, forms, and internal announcements as required.
Coordinate and support internal activities and company events (birthdays, team-building, etc.).
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Job Requirements
College or university graduate.
Prior experience in administration, HR, or recruitment is preferred.
Good communication skills; enthusiastic, thoughtful, and team-oriented.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Forms, etc.).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive at work.
