1. Job Description

 

  • Monitor daily attendance, track working days and leave days, and prepare monthly attendance reports.

  • Order and manage office supplies, snacks, beverages, and daily-use items for the office.

  • Manage office assets and equipment, and monitor their condition and usage.

  • Support general office administration tasks such as welcoming guests, arranging meeting rooms, and filing documents and official letters.

  • Post job listings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, assist in organizing interviews, and follow up on onboarding and probation processes.

  • Draft administrative documents, forms, and internal announcements as required.

  • Coordinate and support internal activities and company events (birthdays, team-building, etc.).

  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 

2. Job Requirements

 

  • College or university graduate.

  • Prior experience in administration, HR, or recruitment is preferred.

  • Good communication skills; enthusiastic, thoughtful, and team-oriented.

  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Forms, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive at work.
