1. Job Description:

  • Receive, consult, and handle customer requests via online channels such as Facebook, Zalo, Website, Live Chat, Email, or directly at the office.

  • Guide customers in opening trading accounts, making deposits/withdrawals, and using the derivatives trading platform.

  • Provide consultation and ongoing support to clients throughout their trading process, including market updates, risk alerts, and answering queries.

  • Coordinate with operations and technical departments to ensure a smooth trading experience for clients.

  • Manage and regularly update accurate and complete customer records.

  • Make periodic calls to existing clients to provide care, conduct satisfaction surveys, and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Send periodic care messages, market updates, and trading reports to clients.

 

2. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, investment, or securities sectors.

  • Strong communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.

  • High sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.
