1. Job Description:
Receive, consult, and handle customer requests via online channels such as Facebook, Zalo, Website, Live Chat, Email, or directly at the office.
Guide customers in opening trading accounts, making deposits/withdrawals, and using the derivatives trading platform.
Provide consultation and ongoing support to clients throughout their trading process, including market updates, risk alerts, and answering queries.
Coordinate with operations and technical departments to ensure a smooth trading experience for clients.
Manage and regularly update accurate and complete customer records.
Make periodic calls to existing clients to provide care, conduct satisfaction surveys, and maintain long-term relationships.
Send periodic care messages, market updates, and trading reports to clients.
2. Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, investment, or securities sectors.
Strong communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
High sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
