1. Job Description
Receive, consult, and handle customer requests through online channels such as Facebook, Zalo, Website, Livechat, Email, or directly at the office.
Guide customers in opening trading accounts, depositing/withdrawing funds, and using derivative commodity trading software.
Provide consultation and support throughout the trading process: updating market information, issuing risk alerts, and answering inquiries.
Coordinate with relevant departments (operations, technical) to ensure smooth trading activities for customers.
Manage and update customer profiles accurately and completely.
Make regular phone calls to follow up with existing customers, conduct satisfaction surveys, and maintain long-term relationships.
Send regular care messages, market updates, and trading reports to customers.
2. Job Requirements
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, investment, or securities.
Excellent communication skills, flexible problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
High sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills.
